The Emotional Learning Project is a 6-week empowerment and education program designed for girls ages 10–17 from low- to moderate-income families and those in foster care. Rooted in Social Emotional Learning (SEL), this transformative initiative helps young girls build emotional intelligence and the personal tools they need to thrive in every area of life.
Through interactive workshops, group discussions, and reflective activities, participants explore key SEL competencies in a safe, uplifting environment that encourages growth, connection, and self-expression.
Girls are guided by mentors and role models who help them navigate real-world challenges with confidence and resilience. The program encourages peer bonding, emotional wellness, and leadership—helping each participant build a strong sense of self and purpose.
By the end of the program, girls emerge with greater self-esteem, stronger relationships, and the emotional tools to succeed in school, at home, and within their communities.
