The Royal Court is a transformative 10–12-week youth development program designed to inspire confidence, build character, and strengthen emotional resilience in youth ages 12–21. Created especially for young people from low-to-moderate income families and foster care, this modern etiquette and life skills journey goes far beyond a traditional coming-of-age celebration.

Through engaging workshops, group discussions, and mentorship, participants explore real-life topics that prepare them to thrive personally, socially, and professionally. The program focuses on emotional wellness, self-expression, leadership, and practical life tools to help youth navigate adolescence with grace and confidence.

The Royal Court provides a safe, supportive environment that fosters peer connection, emotional growth, and leadership development. The experience concludes with a formal Black and White "Grace Gala", where each participant is celebrated for their journey, achievements, and readiness to embrace their future with purpose.

The Royal Court is ideal for girls and boys ages 8–12, 13–18, and 19–22, especially those seeking positive guidance, emotional support, and a strong sense of community and belonging.
