The Armond Velton Brown Enhancement Foundation was established to honor the vibrant legacy of the late Armond Brown, a passionate advocate for youth empowerment and self-expression. Armond believed every young person should have the opportunity to discover and express their true creative potential—to become the best version of themselves.

Guided by this vision, the Foundation provides programs and resources that nurture creativity, character development, and confidence in underserved youth. Under the leadership of our CEO, Bishop Charles R. Heller, and Executive Director, Pastor Pamela J. Heller—Armond’s parents—we are committed to carrying forward his mission of inspiration, upliftment, and transformation for the next generation.
